Through out the years we have perfected the training and scheduling of the cleaners to perform high quality work in a timely manner. We are now offering and expanding our cleaning service to residential homes in the form of "traditional cleanings". This service is primarily offered in the Tampa Bay area. Our cleaners will come to your property with supplies.
Standard Residential Cleaning
Below are some of the services you can expect from a standard residential cleaning.
- Wiping windows and mirrors
- Vacuuming carpets and rugs
- Cleaning the kitchen – taking out the trash and wiping surfaces
- Tidying up the house
- Sweeping, cleaning, or mopping floors
- Removing cobwebs
- Wiping surfaces including appliances and fixtures
- Cleaning the bathrooms – bath, toilet, sink, mirrors
Traditional Deep Clean
A deep clean is similar to a standard cleaning except it is much more labor intensive. The cleaner will need to scrub hard to remove stains from baseboards etc. Deep cleans also encompass all of the items in a standard type cleaning but can most easily be recognized as the more in depth items.
- Dusting or washing the blinds
- Wipe down the inside of closets
- Wipe out the inside of the washer and dryer
- Scrub baseboards
- Wipe down doors, doorknobs, and door frames
- Clean out drawers and wipe down inside cabinets
- Clean the inside of the oven
- Wipe down the inside of the fridge and freezer
- Spot cleaning walls (full wall washing is a project on its own)
